Why two wavelengths?
Each one is absorbed mainly by a different target: 980 nm by hemoglobin, 1470 nm by tissue water. One device gives you both.
Which fibers and cannulas does it work with?
With quartz optical fiber in 400 µm · 600 µm · 800 µm and cannulas of 12 cm · 16 cm · 20 cm.
