Who is responsible
This site belongs to DERMIX System. For any question about your data, write to info@dermixsystem.com.
What data we collect
What you type into the quote form (name, email, professional profile, city, state and country, and, if you add them, your phone, your clinic or company, your message and an attached file) and, if you use the chat assistant, what you write in the conversation.
How we use it
To answer your quote request and follow up on it. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Where it is stored and for how long
Form submissions and chat assistant conversations are stored in the DERMIX System contact management system, on a server managed by its agency, and also arrive as an email in the DERMIX System inbox. They are used only to answer and follow up on your quote, and are kept for as long as there is a business relationship or until you ask us to delete them by writing to info@dermixsystem.com.
AI chat assistant
The site's chat assistant uses an artificial intelligence provider (Anthropic) to write its answers from the information on this site; your messages are processed to generate each answer. Do not share health data or patient information in the chat.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. So it does not lose the thread, the chat assistant keeps the conversation and an anonymous identifier in your browser only while the tab is open; they are cleared from your browser when you close the tab.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, by writing to info@dermixsystem.com.
About the information on this site
The images, 3D model and video of the device are reference representations. Specifications may change; the quote confirms the device configuration. The content of this site is for information only and does not replace professional training or judgment. The device is for professional use.
